"To say that Noble is going tomorrow to take over a tiny micro cap like Kab without developing it is prospects and destroy its shareholders wealth, and that both situations are the same, is frankly quite absurd."

Hi my friend. Only you have ever said Noble would destroy the shareholder wealth. I've said Noble would pay a premium.

You say Nobly provided various support to TTY. Do you believe Noble aren't doing that for KAB? To me the features that Noble offered TTY are the same fetures offered to KAB.

ie " it provided financial assistance, marketing, global supply chains, etc"

And if you read the article, the important part was how Noble got its ~30% stake in TTY before making the formal takeover

"Noble, which owns Territory's debt and controls its marketing rights, had previously entered into a debt-for-equity deal with the junior, which was trumped by Exxaro's bid."

Who owns our debt? Celtic, OKAP and most importantly NOBLE. Why do you think KAB got asx waiver on the warrants?

Why are you against Noble becoming a shareholder. Look at what it did for TTY. Or Gloucester.

First you claimed Noble were a shareholder when they weren't and now you are deadset against them ever becoming a shareholder. Watch this space imo.
