They're trading @12p or 18c so 1-3 = 6c per PLA share.
However, I would be surprised if JLP shares don't rise another 30% or more on the announcement that merger is done and on such good terms. So may be more than 6c...
JLP shares llisted in UK and SAf so will need a little effort to sell.
