Very true, however with AGL investing 37M into the project more than 3 years ago now, and the Board having a lazy 32m in the bank, you would think that they would be moving a little faster than what they are.
You see AGL cant make a taker over bid cause Mr. Smith owes near enough to 20% and wont sell unless the offer is way above market cap of today, and Mr. Smith wont or cant make an offer cause he knows the board will reject it. therefore the board will drag there feet sit on there hands for many more years to come in the hope that Mr. Smith says stuff this lot and sells up.
This board needs to be removed ASAP before we lose AGL.
