Ok! So It follows that the circa 15 percent of the shares which are not associated with T and D are being whittled down further as the buy back continues.
My submission is that this is a cheaper option for T and D than buying us out directly.
What are the rules for compulsory acquisition of minority share holdings assuming they want to ultimately take it private?
