There is no point in looking at the theoretical ex rights issue Price without looking at the situatioN the company finds itself in in terms of the desperate need to raise a large cash amount quickly - this reflects significant operating issues and for this the company will be marked down as there is no certainty that this capital injection will solve the problems - not a TAM specific comment, just a general comment in cases of large deeply discounted CRs
