It's a disgrace and should be the subject of more shareholder scrutiny but for some reason, most seem accepting of the whole situation.
Why do we need 5 directors? We need 3 max. Even that's too many for a company of this size. You need to understand that the only thing they did in the last 1/4 was to pay themselves.
Is everyone happy with that? So where's the next leg up going to come from?
