was this before ALT changed design and integrated more into the burette? Very hard V, if u in sales of mla and you are trying to sell a product you know ( and they know) will be superseeded. The obvious reaction is " give us a call when you have the new product " i don't hear MLA posters getting critical of ALT.
I don't see how you can be critical of the distributor when ALT change mid stream.
It is frustrating all round but playing the blame game isn't productive, is it?
