hmm i dont know,
a few minutes before open the shares were loaded up on the sell side to sucker sellers in. they ended up being pulled before market opens so definitely looks like games being played. for what purpose i dont know yet.
i am annoyed however, that the sale wasn't communicated to shareholders and put to vote being that the binding cash offer was 1.5 times MC just for a few tenements. seems to me that in this instance the board may control a large if not majority of the share register. i havnt looked at the top 20 list or matched them to the board so im unsure.
always a risk with microcaps, as often the majority/larger share holders get looked after and the small shareholders get stooged.
