    re: Ann: Binding Cash Offer Received for West... Looking at the sales today I think some of the selling was from people who brought in on the placements at .4c and they were taking some profits. Most of that will be out of the way now so I think tomorrow most of the reaction to the announcement will happen over the next few days.
