I was a little concerned to read that they are now planning to negotiate a possible JV with Daton on the REE and other commodities. Surely this should have been part of the sale agreement (or am I reading it wrong?). What's to stop Daton selling JV rights to another company?

I like KRB because of the excellent people involved in the start-up. Current management still need to prove themselves - although $12m is reasonable sum these days to spend on exploration.
