Dennis came back with this too

IF we decide to swab at Jacob-1 it will to be to find out what is in the fracture system (oil or water).

    So still looking at Jacob

Looked up fracture system ( still dont understand it -can some one put it in easy speak)

    Fracture System - said this

The receptacles of geothermal fluids are the fracture systems of underground rocks. It
is not possible to see active geothermal reservoirs directly, however, there are
several ways to study underground fracture systems.

    1. Filled Fractures - Veins
Fracture systems are preserved in surface outcrops which have been filled with minerals
deposited from ancient geothermal fluids. Such filled fractures, called veins, commonly
consist of quartz/calcite/zeolite. At such outcrops, we can study the three-dimensional
structures of the fracture systems that once made up geothermal reservoirs. In
addition, the ancient thermal history of hydrothermal systems is studied using Electron
Spin Resonance dating of quartz veins.

    2. Drillcore Fractures
Modern underground fracture systems are studied using drillcores obtained from
geothermal fields. Fractures observed in drillcores are 1) faults - crushed zones and
fault planes with striations and/or slickensides, 2) joints, 3) veins - filled faults
    or joints.
