if not, why do you say it is a "great" cost? do you now exactly what was wrong with the rig and how much it should cost to fix it ?

can you even make and educated guess, can you give similar example ??

is it being negative just for being negative ??

bringing the rig and fixing it sounds like a good idea and should give the company flexibility to go on with their business plan.
