You can prove anything by picking figures out of the air, as I suspect you have just done. If it costs $100 per tonne you are obviously correct, but do you have any basis for that figure?.
There are 2 potential development scenarios afoot, an inclined shaft to access coal seam 4 at a rate of 1-2 milliontpa to sell into African domestic markets, and a much larger, much further down the track, large scale open pit development based on seam2. This export phase obviously depends on transport infrastructure which does not currently exist, and probably on finding a JV partner (most likely Indian) with financial clout.
I doubt that the cost of production will be anywhere near $100 per tonne in either scenario, but lets wait for a feasibility study to look at that.
