it looks like a takeover attemp is very close at around 80c or maybe less. It could be a hostile or friendly one, I am not sure about it thoug. Arrow's chart above shows these things may happen exacly this way; push the sp down then make an offer. That would be a reasonable move for the punter, but what ELM management is doing, is very strange; nothing ! The management is very weak. Who is managing this company, I can't understand. That's what makes me angry.
