    re: Ann: Indicative Proposal by Daton to buy ... I think it is unlikely they will pay back too much money to shareholders. The Sept QR had cash holding at $460K and planning to spend $310K in the December Quarter.

    $150K is not going to get you a lot of exploration - they desperately need cash!
