Unfortunately the past cant be changed

if we look at things now , we cant move forward for 6 months because of litigation, everyone knows a shell is valuable but not when it has litigation hanging over it

I have resigned to the fact our share price is doing nothing for 6 months and maybe more and that no deals will be considered because no deals will be interested

As Wendy S says the litigation has to run its course ,our investments are in the courts hands
