January 2013 EIS is placed on public exhibition for six weeks.
February 2013 Public exhibition period of EIS and submissions to government.
March / April 2013 If required, Boulder will prepare a Supplementary EIS to address the feedback raised during the public exhibition of the EIS.
May 2013
The Coordinator-General (CG) prepares a report evaluating the EIS and in
consideration of other material pursuant to Section 35 of the SDPWO Act.
It is open to the Coordinator-General to either approve the Project with or without conditions, or reject it. Subject to this decision, Boulder would make a final investment decision soon afterwards.
