from that link I mentioned on page 1 it says for Mora in the Bowen Basin QLD
" Permeabilities are less than 10 mD to cope with these low permeabilities in seam drilling has been undertaken to enhance Production"
But you are correct China is a long way from QLD and there are many different variables to take into account.
