Last time I mentioned KP's leave I received what I consider a rude email from him calling me unprofessional but bugger him surely shareholders are entitled to know these details, KP is back on deck next monday 14th, I have arranged to speak to him on the 15th.

What I need him to do is give me information to convince me to vote for further placement with Deer Valley and I will take a lot of convincing.

I expoect we may see a larger than expected cash burn in the Quarterly Report which is necessitating using DV funds.

At current SP I cannot see any sense in tapping DV for more money as we would not get enough to extend the solvency of the business and it would only serve to keep the SP depressed.
