The fact that these guys have flagged a CR (approved at AGM) indicates that they have no expectation of a Cadlao resolution anytime soon.
If they expected a resolution and subsequent pay out, they would be needing to raise funds.
As for Bonita, that JV has also been terminated from Phillipines end, so it will be interesting to see how they confront / challenge this most recent termination.
