    I can't speak for WendyS, but my take on the whole situation is as follows.

    We need a Board of Directors who can communicate with investors and All shareholders.

    Be able to mediate and conciliate.

    Be pro active in getting revenue producing projects into the company post haste.

    Increasing SP to the benefit of all stakeholders.

    Grow the company to where it should and deserves to be.
