with the utmost respect to you - i think the issue that myself (and i think others) are raising - is that the difference between it being 25 million shares or 50 million shares - is to an extent irrelevant - the difference is about 3% of the stock - i personally would not call that overly dilutive

i would focus on cash liquidity for PAX at present

when the ppa's are signed and financing in place - the extra shares issued won't even be discussed

dilutive was what Patersons did to the company - trading the stock down in price prior to the rights issue, loading themselves up with fees and options, then dumping the stock 3 seconds after the underwriting closed
