I wonder what happened with the 'test run' for the plasma in Singapore? Wasn't it supposed to be announced last week?
Were there delays we do not know about?
Maybe they were waiting for these funds to enable them to do the test program!
Maybe maybe maybe............... we will never know.
Normal communication run I suppose.
Anyway more than a million in the kitty is more important than running a one litre test program!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - well for some that is.
