    MTQ closed at just below 70%. Under the terms of the offer they stated that in these circumstance they will carry out a review of operations and finances, leave the Board as is (pity) and maintain the ASX listing

    MTQ will take 100% of NMS which means they will be the only shareholder and won't remain listed as NMS will no longer be a Limited company.

    NMS will become a division of MTQ.
