    Yes, Fanuchi, anh.d and Snowy,

All I can say is, hand on my heart, we/cBox did not benefit from any of this. Quite the opposite really. Full disclosure is what is required now so we still have the opportunity to fix whatever issues there may be and move forward in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.

Unfortunately, there are only a handful of people with a high volume of shares, and now with the options passed at the last AGM, the beneficiaries of these options and shares will likely vote against us at the EGM on the 15th Jan 2013. But it’s important to note that the votes are not indicative of the majority of shareholders per say, merely representative of a handful of people who hold a high volume shares. Something this Board simply fails to comprehend.

I’ve also asked the Board to do a Computer Share vote count for the EGM this time, I await their response. I did ask if Computer Share would do the vote count for the last AGM and was told that the counts would be checked and tallied independently, which they were by the company’s auditor. I also want to stipulate to shareholders that when they do fax in their proxies, to also ensure it is sent to the Company Secretary as well via email. Just as a safeguard to avoid any technical issues which may occur with the fax transmission for example. Then try to front up to the EGM holding a copy of your votes.

All we can do is continue to try and encourage people to vote as well as turn up if possible to the EGM, and if all our best efforts fail – it won’t be for lack of trying.

I won’t be giving up or in, I hope the shareholders don’t either - This Board has to go.

    IMO DYOR
