It seems that you and Oily are being given information from someone within the company as to who peopke are and what their shareholdings are which are quite incorrect.

There has not even been a Chairmans Report from the AGM, doesn't this tell you something.

There are some people in this world who do genuinely care about others and are not driven by greed. I believe that Wendy Syme and Neil Fleming are such people.

If Motopia is managed by qualified and experienced people then I would expect that the company could be salvaged and move forward into profitable projects.

Shareholders own companies, not directors.
