I think Dr Nair's statement was clear and concise. There was no coercion.

And I think the statements regarding HC and that he know's who was being talked about is also clear and unambiguous.

RBs statements, as always, are vague and suggest something untoward by the core members of the board. I guess he will have to question his sources. If it's from the horse's mouth then are they lying to him or all shareholders at the AGM? If RB has it in writing he should keep it as he may decide to take legal action at some point or he may be contacted by ASIC, given his implicit allegations.

You said "I guess it's not important." To RB, I think he likes to believe that these guys are the ones to take us forward. With a little help from Santa, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy, they might just be able to!
