tilleydog, good thought about another offer if TXN's January results look good -- and they probably will be good because (1) TXN has a good record, (2) the EFS is usually successful (except a neighbour's recent underperformance), and (3) one or both new wells have more fracs and I think more length through the zone.

But notice that these results might be released just as the court activity occurs, so might be a done deal with SEA by then. Stay tuned!
