Yes its just a disgrace.Why mention in the contract that you will issue shares to DeerValley at 18.5% discount to prevailing market prices, then bang slap in ya face issue 23,333,333 at .0015, a whopping 50$ discount to prevailing market prices.
Is the contract not worth the paper it is written on.
I am surprised by the lack of response here, and with all respect to Benny,The response from KP does not even answer the question why they issued at 50% discount.
