What report are you talking about Dapper?
The announcement on 21/11/12 said that it would spud in two to three weeks, ie sometime between 5 & 12/12/12.
The AGM presentation announced to the market on 29/11/12 said "Spud date anticipated within next two weeks depending on weather" so given that was a presentation for the AGM on 30/11/12 I anticipate that they mean within two weeks of the AGM, ie by 14/12/12.
I agree though that it would be nice for an update, I'd like for them to announce when the rig is on site.
