thanks tokyo, i bought some today too. cheap as chips? we shall find out soon. i must say the strategy of buying stocks trading below cash is not as fool proof as buffett days. I've held on to some that have gradually declined with cash burn without much chance of offloading at a profit. i hope WEC doesn't burn out its cash on a silly idea (like owning a coal mine!)
