traydor, slightly confused if this Chinese entity is already a previous shareholder (need to do some research on them)
from the previous 30c raising as that had the 35c further option attached.
The ann. is not clear in that respect only it supercedes it.

But clearly they could try to accumulate as much stock as possible below
30c or even 35c althou volume is so small a direct placement would yield
a bigger slice.

note thou its only a MOU so really not even worth its weight in paper.

However, if they gain a large percentage of CMC makes a possible hkg
listing even more likely.
