Hey surge.... I don't know if they plan to operte the plant on a 5 or 7 day a week basis, but my guess would be 7 days (I don't know why you would NOT operate over weekends if there is demand for your product). The other thing that makes me think 7 days a week is that you wouldn't factor in 400 hours of planned maintenance if you were only operating on a Mon to Fri basis.....just do the maintenance on the weekends.
