I will say this and then get shot down no doubt since I agree the history of RG goes against this. But, if they can show they can actually produce cashflow and god forbid a profit out of this first plant and it doesnt cost and arm and a leg (i assume the mention of costs from the future payments means less then $2mil) then they might be onto something and we might see some of our money back.
