    Wow. EMS is really getting hit by the algo's these days. Looks like a buying bot / dark pool pattern, which makes no sense in such a small market. Only alternative might be someone training a program up to whistle through all the near-price sell orders as soon as the words "EMS" "Report" "Final" "PhaseIII" appear in the same sentence. Fine by me as I assume none of the long-term holders have a constant sell order in at 3.6c...
