RB,
What makes you say they were sacked? The announcement clearly states that they have resigned. Now if they were in fact sacked, then this announcement is misleading, isn't it?
Also, if they were in fact sacked, what does this say about the governance when the independents are sacked? And to the best of my knowledge, the directors can't be sacked by anyone except the shareholders.
RB, you must be mistaken on this one. Please let us know why you would suggest they were sacked.
