I had previously checked this web site.It is clearly not a substancial operation.Just who are they?No names, no past deals.Just a crappy office in a crappy building.
But,moving on.We shareholders are all in the same boat and our interests are the same.To get some value.So I am just offering my thoughts and it is hard not to be a little sceptical.
I did go to the AGM.It was not impressive.The board, the financial performance,related party transactions, the explanations.Very ordinary.And so many board and management changes that are suspicious and unexplained.
A,C&E have until the end of december to piddle or get off the pot.This will be the lifeline.
But,it won't happen in my opinion.Why would anyone invest $50m in a company with a MV of $11m??? It don't make sense.
Oh,by the way, A,C&E are just arrangers/brokers.
