onfoot - from memory Peter flagged his intention to retire once a suitable replacement was found well over a year ago - Peter has provided the company valuable expertise at Law which has saved a considerable amount of funds - he has been a very much behind the scenes director and I wish him well in whatever he chooses to do in the future

This now provides an opportunity to bring on board some fresh ideas and enthusiasm
