If a director is willing to sink in $1m @ 20c, then I'm happy to buy at 14c.
Update on the value of their assets (shares):
2,500,000 ELM @ 38.5c = $0.9625m
3,000,000 KRM @ 79c = $2.37m
11,000,000 EZA @ 38.5c = $4.235m
Cash = $2.4m (approximate)
Total value of shares and cash ~$10m
Total no. of shares = 45m
Asset backing per share = 22.22c
