The cap raise is quite hostile to retail shareholders - non renounceable (gun to the head), and extra's only allowed for institutional investors who subscribe for them only. No extras for retail shareholders.
Could be bad because retail shareholders are seen as untouchables, could be good because the insts are trying to maximise their take.
