I don't hold many options (400k) in relation to the heads, and their expirey isn't going to have a huge impact on me, however I do agree with bigdog 100%.
It's very likely that our options will expire worthless on 31/12, where as the directors options may be in the money just a few weeks later with the announcement of trial results. It's going to leave a very nasty taste in the mouth if this happens and i wouldn't want to be a director at the next shareholder meeting.
Btw, as most option holders also hold heads, is it possible to round up 10% of shareholders and call an EGM for the purpose of having options bought in line with directors options ?
