It is so sad to see CP so greedy. He is already getting MASSIVE royalties for many years.
If I am him, I would even LOWER the royalty fees of ARH just to get the deal through, so many ARH holders can get some return on their money. This (lower royalties) will also help CP to get more deals on his QLD coal.
Now, who will ever do business with him?
