    hi shareholders,
    we have three days until the agm.
    lets look at the facts;

    1. the stock has gained just three cents since we received the CLR shares!! amazing. 80% down this year.

    2. we have NO volume in the stock which trades at 30% to book value!!! unbelievable.
    this shows that the market won't touch the stock because they don't trust the management, its a board of two, the owner and his accountant = dodgy.

    3. we have received a letter from the ASX asking if we have enough money to survive the quarter??? yet we bought an office for 1.3 million(did we really need it at this stage?? and it looks like a house, hardly the head quarters of a dynamic enterprise, as coal barron mentioned), we are loaning out money hand over fist to the vineyard ( is mr stroud also loaning the vineyard money, after all he does own 50%??? i doubt it, why should he when he has mugs like us), stroud and his accountant have helped themselves to huge bonuses?? we had a share buy back scheme??? what was that about??? they only set that up to get rid of the republic group who were asking similar questions.

    4. we own 50% of a vineyard worth est. 20 million, this fits well with mr strouds other business as a wine merchant and has nothing to do with 2008 financial crisis. WAL is not a wine merchant, this isn't going to make the company and we need that 10 million to develop our real company making assets.

    a company ran by mr.stroud and his accountant is, in the markets opinion, a risky operation, both have no experience in commodities and have all our money tied up in property???
    they are selling CLR at rock bottom prices( without announcing to the market) to fund their lavish lifestyles (please check company expenses) and to pay for the up keep of their vineyard.

    the most amazing thing about this is, these guys have lost the most on paper and even though they are helping themselves to bonuses, expenses to the tune of several hundred thousands, they have lost many millions on the stock collapsing??? great work guys.
    VOTE NO ON FRIDAY, LETS GIVE THESE GUYS THEIR FIRST STRIKE THEY DESERVE IT.
