    Nosy Parker,

    There have been many discussions and meetings with shareholders and shareholder groups.

    The response from shareholders re: the AGM resolutions has been overwhelming.

    Shareholders DO NOT want control of their company given away for peanuts. And can't believe that a board could recommend such resolutions.
