1. cBox renewed the exclusive supplier contract with Business Wire July 2012.
2. cBox makes money.
3. cBox can afford to pay a loan.

However cBox will happily withdraw and support any other deal which is good for shareholders.

Many I ask if you were invited by the Cypress people to a showing or presentation of their offering? If so, why weren't other major shareholders such as myself invited or why wasn't the financial situation closely looked at before an EGM called?

There should be the same rules for all in my opinion.
