Chinese interests (incl ASI) took control of AYM's Board,instigated a hugely dilutive rights issue and took control of the company....The share registry is now illiquid and holders are stuck...I hope CAP doesn't suffer the same fate.
IMO...IF the Chinese prevail here,a takeover (eg ORM) is preferable to control of the company (eg AYM)
