So, from what I am reading here is that there is ONE fully detailed project put to the board, thet being CBox, and a Cyprus mining deal that has been taken off the table. Then there is a resolution to virtually give the company away.
Its easy isn't it.....Don't give the company away and go with the project that provides cash as a going concern.
