Yes sort of agree with your last comment, i thought a "funding package" was going to pop up with a PPA signing and i was taken by surprise with this one.
I to agree with these types of issues, con notes whatever you want to call them and with the 18 percent discount it is always in the fund to convert and profit immediately ---that is unless they see LT value that will cause them to hold.Never seen that before with any issue like these but who knows, we live in hope cheer
