Allmine group only started to make a little bit of profit once they bought CIA.
CIA have very little future work guaranteed at the moment.They are about to demobilize from the Sino project in Karratha and have only a small amount of work in Solomon.
70% of CIA workforce have been laid off then the last few months.( FACT)
Allmine group is going to sink if it cant get guaranteed work for CIA.
