answer of questions at agm?? really??

There were a number of questions put to the board at last year's AGM with regard to certain matters surrounding trading by the board of NuSep.

I do not really know the full details of what was going on with regard to these matters but I wonder if this has anything to do with the auditor's "creating a false market allegation?".

In the Annual Report 2012 it states "NuSep Holdings Ltd views shareholder meetings as an opportunity for shareholders to meet with and question the Board and management of NuSep Holdings Ltd. NuSep Holdings Ltd external auditor attends all annual general meetings and is available to answer shareholder questions. For the annual general meeting to be held in November 2012, NuSep Holdings Ltd will also accept prior to the meeting, written questions from shareholders for the Chairman or auditors to answer at the meeting."

Some of these questions were put to the board months before the AGM and to the best of my knowledge, none of these questions were answered.

There seems to be quite a bit of detail at the website www.nusepboardreform.info and it appears well researched and contains many facts. It is a shame that the website has not been updated, but I guess the authors have largely departed from the share registry and so have little to gain by updating the current details.
